Social Prescribing

Connected Kingston is a scheme run by RBK to help residents take control of their own health by connecting them with services and events in their local area. The Connected Kingston Tool is an online website that allows residents to discover services and events in their area.

It also allows them to be referred to these services by other individuals or organisations. Once a referral is made for the resident, it then lies with the service provider to respond to the referral, most likely by contacting the resident.
