Next Steps has been developed in partnership with the Greater London Authority Healthy London Partnership, NHS England and the Social Prescribing Network.
Enabling more Londoners to access social prescribing is a key ambition within the Mayors Health Inequalities Strategy. He wants to ensure that every Londoner has access to a social prescription in London by 2028. Next Steps describes the building blocks we believe are essential to growing social prescribing, ensuring easy access and supporting local provision.

LVSC Social Prescribing Map
London Voluntary Services Council did produce and regularly update a social prescribing map for London, however they shut down in late 2017. Here's the last version of their map:
The map indicated that all 32 boroughs have some level of social prescribing in place.
